About Murat Kaptaç
Murat Kaptaç completed his secondary education at Vefa High School before studying at Marmara University’s Faculty of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2010.
In 2013, he ranked 46th nationwide in the dental specialty entrance examination and began specialist training in the Department of Orthodontics at Adnan Menderes University’s Faculty of Dentistry.
He qualified as an orthodontist after completing his specialist thesis on “A Comparison of the Clinical Effectiveness of Lingual and Labial Brackets During the Levelling Stage” .
His professional interests focus on clear aligners, lingual orthodontics, digital orthodontic planning and aesthetic orthodontic treatments. He keeps up with scientific developments through national and international congresses, courses and scientific meetings.
Murat Kaptaç brings to his clinical work the manual skills and eye for aesthetics he developed as a child in a jewellery workshop in the Grand Bazaar. His interests include jewellery making and travelling.
Professional Interests
He focuses on contemporary orthodontic approaches that bring together aesthetics, function and digital planning.
